    ##Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    ##Better Than Bouillon (1 tsp = 1 serving), 12 tsp (remove)
    ##Brown Sugar, 4 tsp unpacked (remove)
    ##Bush's Reduced Sodium Black Beans (.5 cup = 1 serving), 3.5 serving (remove)

Directions

Sauté shallots garlic in olive oil. When browned add everything else except quinoa. Simmer for an hour add quinoa and enjoy.
