    3 servings Barilla Whole Wheat Penne Pasta
    6 oz Gimmie Lean - Ground Sausage Style
    6 cups of baby spinach and baby arugala blend
    1 Tbsp Spectrum Canola & Coconut Oil Blend
    3 clovers garlic, crushed
    Paprika, Hot, to taste
    1 Tbsp sour cream
    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese shredded


Cook the pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile sauté the garlic in the oil for about a minute. Add the Gimmie Lean "sausage" and sauté for a few minutes to brown. Add the spinach/arugala blend and allow to wilt (about 1-2 minutes). Remove from the heat. Mix the drained pasta and vegetable mixture together. Add the sour cream and cheese and mix to combine.
