    8 oz Lo mien noodles
    2-16 oz frozen stir fry vegetables
    1 package of pressed & fried tofu triangles
    3 Tbl chickin' seasoning
    1/3 c vegetarian mushroom oyster sauce
    1/3 c sweet and sour sauce
    1 tsp chili sauce or hot sauce
    1 lrg casserole dish sprayed with non stick spray or lightly oiled


1- Mix 4 sauces and let sit 1 hour
2- spay large casserole dish with non stick spray or lightly oil. Preheat oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
3- Cook lo mein noodles to package directions drain and put in bottom of casserole dish, spread vegetables over top.
4- Cut fried tofu triangles In half place white side down in preheated non stick skillet, sprinkle chick'n seasoning over top. Sizzle a bit. Flip over and sprinkle with more seasoning. Cook to desired crispiness.
5- Place prepared triangles on top of veggies.
6- Pour sauce over everything and bake 20 minutes
