Introduction
I used the Paula Dean Chicken & Dumpling recipe but substituted Bisquick Dumplings for her Dumpling recipe. Ingredients

2 Lbs Chicken Breast (cubed)
3 stalks celery (chopped)
1 med yellow onion (chopped)
2 Bay leaves
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 cups Bisquick mix
2/3 cup milk
1 box fat free Swanson Chicken Broth

Directions
Cut the chicken Breast into cubes. Place the chicken, chopped celery, chopped onion, bay leaves, bouillon, salt, pepper & garlic in a large pot and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Simmer until the chicken is tender and the juices run clear. Add chicken broth and simmer over low heat about 40 minutes.
Add Ceam of Chicken Soup to help thicken sauce.
Make Bisquick Dumplings according to package directions & drop by spoonfuls.
cook on low-medium heat 10 minutes with the lid off
cook on low-medium heat addt'l 10 minutes with the lid on
