Ingredients

    1 cup frozen raspberries
    1 cup natural low fat yogurt
    0.5 tsp vanilla extract
    Sweetener (to taste)

Tips

Strawberries and cherries are also good in this.


Directions

Put the yogurt, vanilla extract and frozen fruit into a food processor. Add a little sweetener if you want to use it. Whizz until smooth. Taste, adjust sweetening.
