    8oz or 250g grated cabbage
    1 large carrot, grated
    1 cup snow peas, thinly sliced

    2 tbspns oil
    1 tbspn sesame oil
    2 tbspns rice wine vinegar
    1 tbspn soy sauce
    2 tspns grated ginger
    1 tspn sugar substitute such as splenda


Lovely with steamed chicken or pork


Mix slaw. Mix dressing ingredients together and whisk or shake. Pour over slaw, tossing to coat.
