Introduction

An adaptation of my Grandma's banana but bread in an easily measurable form. You can add nuts if you'd like. Just make sure to adjust the calorie count. Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large
    Milk, 1%, 1.5 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 2 cup
    Salt, 2 tsp
    Banana, fresh, 4 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
    Baking Powder, 7 tsp
    Whole Wheat Flour, 4 cup
    Canola Oil, 2 tbsp


Directions

Mash bananas thoroughly. Mix dry ingredient together then mix wet ingredients and bananas in with the dry until combined.
Pour into muffin tin lined with liners and bake 20 mins (or until toothpick inserted comes out clean) at 350 degrees
