    lime juice
    mozerella cheese
    6 large tortilla shells


Spray pyrex with cooking spray. Cook chicken (I do in boiling water); mix all ingredients except chicken and cheese in food processor/blender or chopper. Reserve 1/2 of this mixture. Mix 1/2 mixture, cubed chicken and cheese and put into the centre of each tortilla (6) - fold up according to package directions. Place seam down in baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over and cheese and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Makes 6 servings. If you remove the cheese from this recipe it reduces the fat grams by 1/2 (surprize) and calories by 100 per serving.
