Introduction

Family favorite to accompany lots of different main dishes - our kids LOVE it! Family favorite to accompany lots of different main dishes - our kids LOVE it!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 Bag (10 oz) Fresh Spinach
    1 Brick (8 oz) 1/3 Fat Cream Cheese
    1 Large Egg
    Sliced Muenster Cheese (8 oz)
    Parmesan Cheese (approx 1 tsp)

Tips

We sometimes pull the largest stems off of the spinach.


Directions

Line pie plate with the sliced cheese, making the edges stick up to form a crispy cheese crust, and covering the entire bottom.
Cook the spinach to desired texture by boiling or steaming.
In a mixer combine the softened cream cheese and the egg. Then add the hot spinach and blend together.
Pour on top of the muenster and sprinkle with parmesan.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350.

Serving Size: Cut into 8 equal slices
