    Rainbow trout

    1 red pepper chopped
    1/2 cup onion chopped
    1 clove garlic chopped
    1/2 cup healthy choice chicken broth


Spray an with "PAM"

Saute onion and garlic for 2 min
Add red pepper and chicken broth
Simmer for 5 min.
Puree sauce in blender

Spray baking pan with "PAM". Pour sauce over fish. Bake for 15 min @ 425 degrees F
