Ingredients

    1 can of Alaskan Pink Salmon
    1 cup of Panko Bread Crumbs
    2 Tbsp yellow corn meal
    2 large eggs

Directions

Drain salmon, mix in bread crumbs, cornmeal and eggs with pinch of salt. Mix well and divide into 4 and press out patties. Heat coconut oil and brown patties. Drain on paper towel and enjoy!
