    1 can (14oz) pink salmon
    15 reduced fat ritz crackers
    3.5 TBsp of fat free mayo
    4 Tbsp of Gulden's brown mustard
    1.5 Tsp dry Dill
    1Tbsp Lemon juice
    4 Tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil to brown them in


Add all the ingredients. Mix the mixture really well. It should be a meatball consistency. Make 7 cakes about the size of your palm. Put them in a pan with Extra Virgin Olive Oil on medium heat and cook until browned and crispy on both sides. Flip carefully or you will have a mess.
