Ingredients

    Elk Meat
    Onions, raw
    Almond Oil
    Coconut Oil Organic - Spectrum Naturals
    Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning

Directions

Cut Elk meat into 2" x 1/2" strips
Chop Onion

Spray pan with Coconut Oil and put Almond Oil. Place Elk meat, seasoning, and onions in pan. Cook on Low/Medium heat for 30 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve
