Ingredients


    Carrots, cooked, 2 carrot
    Peas, frozen, 1 cup
    *Parsnip, boiled, drained, with salt (1 parsnip, 9" long, 160g), 1 serving
    Green Beans (snap), 1 cup
    Egg Noodles, enriched, 1 cup

Tips

serve with black pepper and parsley
you can also add turnips to the soup


Directions

bring to boil 4 cups of water
you can add an onion and some parsley in the water
once it boils, add the cut carrots, frozen green beans and peas, as well as the parsnips.
when the veggies are boiled, add 1 cup of home made noodles. boil for 1 min and allow to rest before serving
