    1 lbs Salmon Fillet, cut into 4 pieces
    2 tsp minced ginger
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tbsp maple syrup
    2 tbsp olive oil (most of it will sit in the bottom of the pan. Calorie calculations only counts 1 tbsp)


Place fillets on a greased baking sheet, covered in tin foil. Pinch tin foil together so it forms a small sack or dish. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour onto salmon. Cook in the oven for 15 minuted at 425 degrees. Serves 4.
