    For crust:
    2-Pillsbury Pizza Crust Classic pizza dough.
    1/4 cup melter butter
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1tsp nutmeg
    1tsp splenda

    for sweet potato "sauce"
    6 small sweet potatoes, peeled/boiled/and cubed
    1 large banana
    1/3 cup honey
    2/3 cup almond milk
    1/3cup brown sugar
    1 tbsp ground nutmeg
    2 tbsp ground cinnamon(to taste)

    for the pecans
    2 cups pecan halfs
    1/4 cup egg whites
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    dash of cinnamon and nutmet
    2 tbsp splenda


add spices as needed for increased taste!


Skin, cube, and boil sweet potatoes until tinder. (over medium to high heat for about 30 minutes)

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat your egg whites until they foam. add in your pecans. Combined in your brown sugar,cinnamon, and nutmeg. blend well to asure sugar coating covers the pecans. place nut mixture on a flat metal baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.

While the nuts are toasting, combinded togeter cooked sweet potatoes and the banana. soften mixture together until smooth without lumps. add in your honey, milk, nutmeg, cinnamon, and brown sugar. blend togeter mixture until smooth.

After the nuts finish, take them out and sprinkle them with splenda. Then crank up the oven to 400 degrees. roll out your pizza dough on to a lightly greased pizza pan. place dough in the oven and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.

while the dough is in the oven, take half of your pecans and compined them with the mashed sweet potato mixture. stir to evenlly distributs nuts throughout the mixture.

In a separate bowl, take the melted butter, and combind it with cinnamon, nutmeg and splenda.

Remove dough from oven when it has set. with a fork, puncture several holes in the dough and pour the melted butter mixture over top.

Next, spread the sweet potatoe mixture in a thin layer to cover the surface of the pizza crust. spread remaining pecans on top and cover with additional brown sugar and splenda. Bake at 350 for 6 to 10 minutes.
