    1 lb and 3.5 oz Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey
    1/4 c Egg Whites
    1/4 c Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
    1/2 can Giorgio Mushrooms stems and pieces, rinsed to remove salt
    1 t Trader Joe's crushed garlic
    1/2 t fresh Rosemary
    1/5 t ground Sage
    1/4 t Smoked paprika
    1/4 t Pepper, black
    1 c raw Onion, chopped


saute chopped onion in non-stick pan until soft.
Cool, then mix well with the rest of ingredients.
Heat non-stick pan, while making 24 meatballs.
Add meatballs to pan and cook for approx 12 minutes, turning once to ensure even browning.
Serve with pasta or other side dish
