    0.5 cup Butter, unsalted
    1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    5.0 cup slices Apples, fresh with skin
    0.75 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    0.25 cup Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched
    0.75 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry


Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease square 9x9x2 inches pan. Place apples slices in pan. Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake 30 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is golden brown. Serve warm and, if desired with light cream or ice cream. Serving Size: 6 servings
