Introduction

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups chopped ham
    4 boiled eggs, chopped
    1 green onion, diced
    1 stalk celery, chopped (or can use pickle)
    2/3 cup mayonnaise
    1 teaspoon (or less) yellow mustard
    1/2 teaspoon (or more) Cajun seasoning
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1 tablespoon dried parsley

Tips

Serve as a sandwich filling on bread, on crackers, in a lettuce wrap, etc. Can add lettuce & tomato on sandwich.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow all the flavors to meld.
