    1 head cauliflower
    1 cup broccoli
    4 carrots, peeled and cut in slices
    Sea Salt, 1/2 tsp
    Fresh ground black pepper, 1/2 tsp
    Nutmeg 1/4 tsp
    1 cup low sodium vegetable stock
    2 cups Almond milk (unflavored)


You can also divide this soup into portions and freeze for lunches or snacks.


Steam cauliflower, broccoli and carrots. Cool. Place in blender with all other ingredients but almond milk. Blend until smooth. Add milk. Heat until warm and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1 cup servings
