Ingredients

    1 1/2 C macaroni
    1 lb ground beef
    1 T cooking oil
    1/2-2/3 C chopped green pepper
    1/2-2/3 C chopped onion
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 T basil
    pinch of garlic salt
    1 1/2 t salt
    pepper to taste


Directions

Cook noodles.
Cook ground beef in large frying pan, and drain.
Add tomato sauce to cooked hamburger and simmer on low.
Preheat oven to 350.
Fry peppers and onion in oil till tender. Add to hamburger mixture
Drain noodles, and combine noodles and hamburger mixture in serving dish.
Add garlic, salt, and basil. Stir
Top with shredded cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
