    3/4 lb Yukon gold potatoes, cut into 1-inch
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon freshly groundpepper


Serve with Seared Tuna Salad with Wasabi-Avocado Dressing


Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Toss together
potatoes, oil, garlic, salt and pepper on a
rimmed baking sheet coated with cooking
spray, tossing well to coat. Spread potatoes in a
single layer. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until
potatoes are browned and tender, stirring
