I bake 9 egg whites with the heated up spinach leaves in the oven for 20 minutes at 350. Set up 9 muffins with a half slice of cheese on each and one turkey patty on the cheese then add the egg white when finished. I freeze each in baggies then reheat in microwave at 50% power for 1 and a half minutes.
