    10 oz grass-fed Bratwurst
    1/2 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
    1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
    1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
    2 Tbsp. Coconut Milk
    5 Egg Yolks
    2 tsp. Lemon Juice
    1/2 tsp. Rosemary
    1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
    1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
    1/8 tsp. Himilayan Salt


Use however many ramekins/bowls you want depending on how big you want the servings.


Cube bratwurst small and fry them over medium heat. Preheat oven to 350. Separate 5 eggs yolks from whites and discard whites. Measure out all dry flours and spices into a bowl. Mix together until all dry ingredients combined. Beat egg yoks until creamy, about 4-5 minutes. Add coconut oil, coconut milk, and lemon juice, then continue beating until well combined. Add wet ingredients into the dry slowly. Fold the cheese into the batter. Measure out batter into ramekins, filling about 3/4 way full. Once bratwurst is finished, use your finger to "poke" it into the batter. Evenly distribute it in the ramekins. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
