Mahogany Pork Chops

4 boneless center cut pork chops, about 1" thickness
8 t teriyaki sauce/marinade
4 t pure molasses
4 T orange juice
2 t Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning blend
Once I put the chops in the pan, I put a spoonful of the marinade on top of each one and just let it sit while they were cooking. When I turned them over for the last 10 minutes of cooking, I covered them. This helped seal in the juices and make them tender.
