    4 boneless center cut pork chops, about 1" thickness
    8 t teriyaki sauce/marinade
    4 t pure molasses
    4 T orange juice
    2 t Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning blend


Once I put the chops in the pan, I put a spoonful of the marinade on top of each one and just let it sit while they were cooking. When I turned them over for the last 10 minutes of cooking, I covered them. This helped seal in the juices and make them tender.


In a shallow dish, combine teriyaki sauce, molasses, orange juice and Mrs. Dash seasoning. Blend well. Add pork chops, making sure to coat each one well. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least an hour, longer if desired. When ready to cook, heat 1 T olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chops and cook until no longer pink and juices run clear, about 10 minutes on each side.
