Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400. Peel the carrots and cut them into strips. Place carrots in a glass casserole, making sure they are in a single layer. Add olive oil, garlic and seasoning, and toss to coat. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until desired tenderness, tossing halfway through.
