    *Mancini Sweet Roasted Peppers, 12 oz
    *3 clovesGarlic
    *Few Grains of Cayene, (to taste)
    *1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
    *1/2 cup low fat Sour Cream
    *1 cup Brocolli florets
    *1 cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth,
    *1 cup sliced fresh Mushroomsor slices
    *1 small Onions, sliced
    *150 grams whole wheat lingquine
    salt and pepper to taste


Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Add Brocolli during last 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, spray cooking oil in a large skillet and saute garlic, onions, mushroom and cayenne pepper over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
Stir in sour cream and broth, 1/4 cup of the parmesan cheese and roasted sweet peppers; simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
Stir in hot pasta and brocolli, and salt and pepper to taste.
Dish topped with remaining Parmesan

Serving Size: makes 2-1 and 1/2 cup servings.
