    small can four bean ( low GI )
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1 onion diced
    500g mince


serves 6
boil pasta
brown onion & mushrooms
brown mince
combine onion, mushrooms, tomatoes & beans
simmer for 10-15mins
combine bolognaise with pasta
serve & enjoy
