Ingredients

    (for filling):
    12 oz regular cream cheese, softened
    8 oz whipped topping (like Cool-Whip)
    1 small box sugar free chocolate pudding (dry mix only)
    1 T dutch cocoa powder
    1.5 cups Splenda granulated (for baking)
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk

    (for crust):
    1 cup pecan meal or almond meal
    1/2 cup Splenda
    1/4 cup melted coconut oil or butter

Tips

It looks pretty with some shaved SF chocolate and whipped cream on top.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350*.

For crust:
Place pecan/almond meal, Splenda and melted coconut oil or butter in the bottom of a pie plate and mix well. Press firmly into the bottom of the bottom and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.

Filling:
Mix all ingredients in mixer bowl and mix on low speed until combined, then increase to medium speed until smooth. (will be thick)

Spoon and smooth onto baked, cooled nut crust and refrigerate for an hour or two. Cut into 8 pieces and serve.

Store leftovers in fridge.

Serving Size: Makes 1 pie with 8 servings.
