Ingredients

    Eggs
    Plain Greek Yogurt
    Mayo
    Dried Parsley
    Paprika
    Celery Salt

Directions

Set your eggs into a pot and cover with water and add a good palm full of salt.
Cover and turn burner on medium for 20 min.
Turn burner off and leave covered 10 min
QUICKLY place eggs in ice water and lightly crack them all and leave them in the water (this makes it a piece of cake to remove shells from the eggs)
I use an egg cutter to dice my perfect hard boiled eggs and then add the rest of my ingredients.
SIMPLE

Serving Size: I can get 4 lunches out of it with crackers or bread
