    1 whole head of garlic
    1 tablespoon of garlic


You can eat this straight as is, or add it to other recipes.


Peel skin off garlic head, leaving the skin covering the individual cloves. Slice off the top with a sharp knife. Drizzle the olive oil over the exposed cloves. Wrap the garlic head in foil and roast at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes.
