Number of Servings: 25

Ingredients

    about 25 tomatos
    2 Green Peppers
    1 Medium onion
    3 lbs. ground beef
    2 cans kidney beans
    Salt
    Pepper
    Chili powder

Directions

in advance, scald the tomatos and peel the skin. Store in freezer until ready to make chili. brown ground beef. add tomatoes to pot. Turn temp to med. high. chop up 2 green pepers and 1 onion. add to mixture along with cans of kidney beans. add salt and pepper and chili powder to taste. allow to simmer.
