Ingredients

    About 1 cup of red bell pepper, sliced thin
    About 1/2 cup of yellow bell pepper, sliced thin
    About 1/4 cup of red onion, sliced thin
    2 cloves garlic, sliced thin
    1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add rest of ingredients and cook, stirring until vegetables are limp and browned.
