    3 tbsp of light butter (I use bummel and brown)
    1/3 cup sugar
    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup white flour
    1/2 tsp Baking soda
    1 cup cinnamon applesauce
    1/4 skim milk
    2 mashed bananas
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
