    4 cups shred or diced green and red cabbage
    1 red delicious apple cored and diced
    1 green onion, sliced

    1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
    1 Tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce (like Maggi's)
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1 tablespoon rice vinegar
    1 teaspoon honey
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1/2 teaspoon sesame seed oil
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard


Mix all of the dressing ingredients together and microwave for 20 to 30 seconds to warm dressing. Mix cabbage, apples and green onions in a bowl. Pour warm dressing over the cabbage mixture, toss to coat with dressing, cover and refrigerate for several hours.
