Ingredients

    3 cups hot water
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 lb ground beef (93/7)
    1 box Great Value Beef Pasta

Directions

brown ground beef and drain. stir in milk, water, pasta, and sauce mix. heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. reduce heat, cover, and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta is tender remove from heat, uncover, and let stand about 5 minutes, or until sauce is desired consistency. sauce will thicken as it stands.
