Ingredients

    1/4 cups water
    3 TBS butter softened
    2 eggs
    2-1/2 bread flour
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 tsp lemon peel grated
    2-1/2 tsp yeast
    1 TBS milk
    1 egg yolk

Directions

Place ingredients up to milk in bread machine according to manufactures directions. Select dough cycle.
When machine is finished place in greased bowl, turning to cover all sides, Cover with plastic wrap refrigerate at least 4 hours, no longer than 24.
Grease 12 muffin cups (or line) Punch down dough. Divide into 16 pieces. Cut 4 balls into 3 pieces each. Place 12 large balls in bottom of tins & small balls on top of each. Cover & let rise in a warm place for 50 to 60 minutes.
Heat oven to 350. Mix milk & egg yolk & brush lightly over each roll. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Remove to cooling rack & serve warm.
