    14 ounces Buffalo Meat
    1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
    1 teaspoon Garlic powder
    Large Onion chopped
    2 Tablespoon Chili powder
    1 teaspoon Oregano
    1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin seed
    3 cups Beans, cooked red kidney


1. Brown buffalo, garlic powder and onion in a large skillet with olive oil.

2. Simmer covered for 1 hour until meat is tender.

3. Add the remaining ingredients to the meat mixture. Simmer 1/2 hour.
