Ingredients

    1 package Johnsonville sweet Italian sausage
    4 small ears of corn, cut into sections
    6-8 medium red potatoes, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
    12 medium brussel sprouts, cleaned
    1 yellow or gold bell pepper, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
    1 large poblano or pasilla pepper, 3/4 inch pieces
    12-15 asparagus, cut into 2 inch sections
    2 tbsp. no salt butter
    1 medium sweet onion, 3/4 inch pieces
    1 tbsp. garlic powder
    1 tbsp. onion powder
    1 tsp chipotle chili powder
    1 tsp smoked paprika
    Pam cooking spray, Olive oil
    Salt and pepper to taste

Tips

Cut potatoes into smaller pieces to reduce cooking time or parboil them ahead of time. Make sure the foil packets are tightly sealed.


Directions

Place equal amounts of each ingredient into 6 foil pouches. Heat grill to medium or medium high. Place on grill and turn every 10-15 minutes to evenly distribute oil, butter and seasonings. Cook for 45-60 minutes, depending on the size of the potato sections.
