    1 tbl. benecol.
    2 eggs scrambled
    1/4cup bell pepper
    1/4 cup red sweet pepper
    1/4 onion
    2 turkey sausage links sliced


for more nutrition, add more veggies. I chop and freeze veggies ahead of time in small portions in egg carton.


add benecol to pan, saute veggies, add sausage brown, pour eggs over and cook until done.
