Ingredients

    Butter Finger Shake THM S
    1 cup almond milk
    1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
    1/4 cup of half & half
    1/4 cup cottage cheese
    2 cups of ice
    1 TBS of cocoa powder
    1 TBS of chunky peanut butter
    1 oz 85 % dark chocolate
    Truvia to taste (I used 1/2 tbs)
    1/2 tsp of butterscotch extract
    Pinch of glucommonan
    Place all ingredients except for protein powder and glucommonan in blender and mix. While blender is running add gluccie and protein powder. Blend until smooth.
