Ingredients

    1 pound lump crabmeat
    1 cup mayo
    1 tbsp. old bay seasoning
    1/2 small jar pimento, chopped
    2 eggs
    1 pack of townhouse club crackers (maybe more, it's like meatloaf, sometimes less, sometimes more)

Tips

These are good on crackers, sprinkled with Worchester Sauce, with Dijon Mustard, on a sandwich. The choices are endless


Directions

Add all ingredients to bowl, crush up crackers and also add. Very gently toss to mix trying to keep lumps of crab from breaking. Form into balls and lightly squish to get cake. I bake mine at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. They can be fried but do it very carefully as turning could break them up.
