    Butternut Squash, 3 cup, cubes
    *Aidele's Chicken Apple Sausage (1 link = 3.5 oz), 5 serving
    Bush's, Black Beans, 1.5 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
    Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Canned Tomatoes, 1.5 cup
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    *Cumin (ground), 2 tsp
    Olive Oil, 2 tsp


Saute onions and peppers in olive oil until onion begins to brown. Add the squash, chili powder and cumin to the pan and saute 10 minutes. Stir in the chicken broth and allow to cook on medium heat for 10 more minutes. Meanwhile slice the sausage and saute until browned. Add the corn, black beans, tomatoes and cooked sausage to the pan. Cover the pan, reduce heat to simmer and allow all the flavors to blend for 15 minutes more. If the squash is not soft enough for your taste, cook a few minutes longer.
