    1 c. shredded unsweetened coconut
    2-3 stevia packs (or 1/4 c. agave or maple syrup)
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/8 tsp salt


If using agave or maple syrup, add 20 calories.


Combine all ingredients in food processor. Squish into small container. Refrigerate for 1 hour or freeze 15 minutes. Cut into 8 bars.
