    1/4 C Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free Blend
    2 tsp. Butter
    1/2 t Baking Powder
    1/4 t Salt
    3 T Buttermilk


Preheat oven to 425 degrees. (400 degrees in a small countertop convection oven.

Cut the butter into the flour until well blended.

Add the salt and baking powder and continue to stir until combined.

Stir in the buttermilk 1 TB at a time until a soft dough forms, that is easy to manage and not too stick or stiff.

Roll out on floured board and cut into small biscuits. Or form in to a round with your hands and place on cooking sheet coated with cooking spray. Take a knife and cut through, forming 4 triangles. Don't separate the pieces.

Bake 10-12 minutes until brown.
