Ingredients

    1 lg spaghetti squash roasted and shredded
    1/2 lb ground italian pork sausage
    1 lb ground turkey
    1 lb can crushed tomatoes
    3 Clove garlic minced
    3 tbsp chopped fresh basil
    1 tbsp died oregano
    1 c ricotta cheese
    1 c cottage cheese
    1 c mozzarella cheese
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 chopped onion

Tips

I roasted spaghetti squash in crock pot ahead of time and had it already prepared. This cut time in half


Directions

Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil. Add the meats and brown . Add crushed tomatoes. Simmer until thickened. Mix ricotta, cottage cheese, basil and oregano in bowl. Layer in an 8x8 baking dish: spaghetti squash, cheese mixture, meat sauce, squash, meat sauce, cheese mixture an top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400 until bubbly.
