    2 cups milk
    1/3 cup sugar
    3 packages yeast
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 cup shortening
    1/4 tablespoon salt
    1/4 cup lukewarm water
    3 cups whole wheat flour
    3 cups bread flour


Scald milk, add shortening, sugar, salt. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Add yeast mixture to liquid add eggs to mixture. Than some of the flour little at time until in. Turn the dough out on floured surface. Knead around 3 minutes. Put it a greased bowl. Let rise 2 hours. Turn the dough on a flour surface. Take a sharp knife. Cut the dough in buns put them on greased baking sheets. Let them for about 2 hours. Bake in preheated 350 degrees oven. Bake 15 minutes. Put on cooling rack.
