Ingredients

    14 Roma Tomatoes
    4 Jalapeno Peppers
    4 Serrano Peppers
    1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    1 Red Onion Raw (Approx. 2 Cups)
    2 tbsp Fresh chopped Parsley
    2 tbsp Fresh chopped Cilantro
    8 clove Garlic
    2 Medium Tomatillos
    1 Large Bell Pepper, Yellow
    4 Small Sweet Pepper
    .5 tbsp Granulated Sugar
    .5 tbsp Salt
    .5 tbsp Pepper, black
    Juice from 4 Key Limes
    1 tbsp Vinegar

Flavors will fuse & intensify as salsa sits.


Directions

Chop all vegetables to desired size, finely chop parsley & cilantro, mix all ingredients together in one container & serve.
