    Flax Seed, Cold Milled Golden Flax Seed by Flax USA, 6 tbsp
    *Black Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large
    Motts Natural Apple Sauce, 4 oz snack cup, 1 cup
    *Big Train Spiced Chai, 1 serving
    Coconut, raw, 1 cup, shredded
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    vanilla extract 1 tsp


Grind walnuts in food processor. Mix all dry ingredient together. Add egg and applesauce. Mix well. Scoop out with a small scoop and flatten. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. Let cool. Great for pre and post workout energy.
