    10 ea. Flour Tortillas, soft taco size (I use La Banderita brand)
    1 ea. 15 oz. can Refried Beans, Fat Free
    1 ea. 4 oz. can Diced Green Chiles
    1/4 c. Sliced Black Olives
    1 c. Cheddar Cheese, Fat Free, Shredded


Mix the refried beans, green chiles and black olives in a bowl and microwave until slightly warm. Roll mixture into the tortillas and wrap them side by side in a 13" x 9" pan. Bake for approximately 10 mins. at 325 degrees. Top burritos with shredded cheese and return to oven until the cheese is melted.

Makes 5 servings of 2 burritos each.

You can top the burritos with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, jalapenos, fat free sour cream, salsa, etc. but be sure to add in the nutritional information.
